Hill Street Blacks They get off when the heat is on! The precinct is practically deserted due to a power outage as a group of hookers is brought in. In the first scene two hookers try and have their charges dropped by giving a good enough hummer to the detective, this leads to cunnilingus and an all out sex threesome.
